Non-Custodial, No Reversals Gavel does not custody user funds or control your wallet. If you lose access to your wallet or approve a transaction you didn’t intend, Gavel cannot recover funds, reverse transactions, or modify onchain outcomes.
Auction & Price Risk (CCA) Gavel uses Continuous Clearing Auctions (CCA) for token distribution and price discovery. Clearing prices and allocations are determined by smart contracts and market demand, and may change over time. Tokens can be highly volatile and may trade below your fill price after launch.
No Guarantee of Outcomes Participation in any launch may result in partial fills, no fills, refunds (where applicable), or losses after trading begins. Gavel does not guarantee a successful raise, a particular clearing price, liquidity depth, or post-launch performance.
Third-Party Protocol Risks (Uniswap v4, bridges, services) Gavel may integrate with third-party protocols and infrastructure, including Uniswap v4 and other external services. Failures, exploits, downtime, reorgs, forks, or adverse changes in these systems are outside Gavel’s control. You are responsible for understanding and accepting these risks.
Gasless Funding / x402 Dependencies If enabled, gasless funding via x402 may rely on external payment rails and services. These systems can fail, degrade, or change behavior without notice. Gasless funding affects the deposit experience, not the underlying auction risks or settlement rules.
Curated Launches Are Not Endorsements Curated presales may include allowlists, per-wallet caps, or private bidding features. Curation does not mean Gavel endorses a project or guarantees its safety, legitimacy, compliance, or profitability. Always do your own research and verify token details and launch parameters.
Regulatory Uncertainty Crypto regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Gavel complies with applicable laws, including any restrictions that may apply to token sales or participation.
